Bob has made several journeys to North Queensland and loves to enjoy the beautiful Whitsunday islands and other destinations with family and friends. Club Raft Up
Kick off the October long weekend by joining the Club Raft Up on Saturday October 5 (after the info night at the marina). Meet at the top of Smiths Creek from midday Saturday. Stay for the long weekend or head off on Sunday for other adventures!
Season Opener BBQ – Saturday 19 October
Join us for our 2024/25 Season Opening BBQ event! This will be quite an informal event at Akuna Bay marina starting at 4 pm. We will set up a BBQ in the outside dining area of The Shed at Akuna Bay.

Christmas Lunch – 23 November
The ABCC Christmas Party will be held on Saturday, November 23 with lunch in The Shed Café at Akuna Bay from 12.30 pm. Again we will enjoy a delicious shared platter 3 course lunch accompanied by a 3 hour premium drinks package. Cost is $135 per person. Book now!

Australia Day at Refuge Beach
Australia Day 2025 falls on Sunday January 26 so we’ll celebrate the event on Australia Day while enjoying our Long Weekend.
